These terms are between you and Teton Field Tech LLC ("we"), maker of TrueGlass. TrueGlass is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, together with these terms. If they conflict, these terms apply.
TrueGlass Pro
- TrueGlass starts with a free trial of every feature, run on your phone with no sign-up and no charge. After it, the free plan has daily limits, and TrueGlass Pro unlocks everything.
- TrueGlass Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription at the price shown in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple ID's subscription settings. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the current period ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Using TrueGlass in the field
Yardage lines, directions, locations and any size estimates in TrueGlass are approximations from your phone's sensors and the numbers you enter. Don't rely on them for safety, navigation, or legal decisions such as whether an animal is legal to take. You're responsible for following the hunting laws and regulations where you are.
Your content
The videos and photos you take are yours. They stay on your phone unless you choose to save or share them.
Disclaimer and liability
TrueGlass is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of TrueGlass.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
